COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron Corp IWS-2511T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Air-Valve product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the KDF11100300W1220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LHF26000M8076 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR10PH10GY by Manufacturer Air-Valve as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090A0ZD4C110B0WI511LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motorola such as MVME26034151 equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46LR301570Q1RNCFP made by Omron as well as the popular PC670870T15WUSB original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT600SST121B by Omron and MVME26034151 spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N506012 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robertshaw. |
